DELIVERY

We ship all orders across India via trusted and registered courier partners.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Quirky Kidz shall not be held liable for such delays.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery, but only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect (Image proof required in JPEG format)
